beautiful villa, just 20m from the sea. Very clean pool that makes this villa a dream. In the basement there is also a mini gym with a nice treadmill. Wi-fi on every floor working! The owner is very kind, honest and serious and welcomed us with his wife and many good things for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is the second year that we return. The only flaw is the lack of electrical outlets in the bathroom on the ground floor and on the terrace.

Directement sur la plage Villa située au sud-est de l’ile dans une partie plus sauvage et beaucoup moins touristique que le nord. Donc environnement très calme et assez éloigné de la route pour ne pas avoir de nuisance. Voiture obligatoire pour venir de l’aéroport situé à 1 H 15 de route, mais aussi sur place pour les sorties et les courses. Le village le plus proche est à 3-4 km. La villa est très bien équipée (cuisine complète avec lave vaisselle, serviettes, produits de toilette …) et située directement sur une plage de sable et petits galets quasi déserte. Les photos reflètent parfaitement la réalité. Accueil très sympa par le propriétaire qui parle français et anglais et qui nous avait fait quelques courses alimentaires. Si vous cherchez un bel endroit au calme et très bien placé allez-y les yeux fermés mais si vous cherchez de l’animation (magasins, bars boite de nuit ..) allez entre Rhodes et Lindos.

Exceptional 😀 – excellet location, the water in the pool was clean , the property is very well equipped. The villa owner was very nice and helpful – we reached the villa in late hours and our host welcomed us with basic things from the local shop. Everything was perfect ,our experience exceeded our expectations. 😞 – None

Amazing villa by the sea! Highly recommended!

Wunderschöne ruhige Villa Die Villa liegt direkt am Strand, ein kleiner schotterweg führt zu ihr hin und es sind ein paar Häuser links und rechts davon aber davon bekommt man nicht viel mit. Die Villa selber liegt direkt am Kiesstrand und man hat von der Terrasse einen wunderschönen ausblick. Das Haus bietet alles was man in einem Urlaub benötigt, jedes Zimmer hat seine eigene Klimaanlage, es gibt genug Bäder und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber George ist sehr nett und begrüßt einen im Haus und gibt Tips was man in der nähe machen kann und es gibt ein Willkommensgeschenk mit Lebensmitteln.

Un angolo di paradiso tutto per noi! Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a metà ottobre, dal 12 al 19, temperatura di 30 gradi per cui bagni di sole e mare. La villa in realtà ancora più bella dal vivo che in foto, dotata di tutti i confort, ottimamente arredata e confortevole, molto curata ed è proprio sulla spiaggia. Ci siamo svegliati la mattina con lo spettacolo dell alba visibile direttamente distesi nel letto e la sera ci siamo addormentai con il suono delle onde del mare. km di spiaggia e mare cristallino tutto a nostra disposizione, un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il mare… Difficile abbandonare questo angolo di paradiso. La villa si trova nella baia di Salamina a 4 km da Gennadi, 60 km da Rodi, 15 km da Lindos, mezz ora dalla spiaggia di Prassonissi, vero paradiso per i surfisti. Vicino ci sono taverne tipiche greche, supermercati, negozi,farmacia etc una posizione comodissima per girare tutta l’isola. Il proprietario persona squisita e molto gentile, pieno di preziosi consigli, grazie di tutto George, torneremo appena possibile.

Beautiful villa by the beach We highly recommend Villa Salamina. Gorgeous well kept, fully accessorized house with beautiful view. Private beach too. We loved having our breakfast on the porch while enjoying the view. George was extremely hospitable providing us with the necessaries for breakfast, snacks, fruit and wine too! He also prepared a book with useful information about the close by area. We wished we could have stayed longer. We had a fantastic time.

Una villa da sogno. Location stupenda curata nei minimi particolari , proprietari gentilissimi, bellissima spiaggia quasi privata e comunque deserta. Adatta a chi ama l tranquillità.

This was our first stay in Villa Salamina, but for sure not the last one 😀 – most restful and quiet stay in this beautyful beach front located villa with swimming pool and the crystal clear sea. Villa „pieds dans l‘eau“ like they call it in french. Inside and outside perfectly equipped. Many thanks to the owner, for his warm and attentive welcome and basic products provided. Best place to feel zen 😞 – None

cozy villa with a perfect location We actually have been the first guests at the villa since the owners originally used it as a summer cottage, and that is visible from how it is decorated and equipped – we really felt as at home! Owners were hospitable and helpful. Location of villa is terrific – we fell asleep with a sea rustle, while the sea is directly at your door – 50 steps from the terrace. It was amazing to have meals and lazy time on the shadowed terrace with a sea view just in front of us! Car is necessary in order to get to nearest shops and tavernas. Highly recommended for those who appreciate home atmosphere, silence, privacy and a lot of bathing: apart from several occasional locals the beach belonged just to us! I would say Villa Salamina exceeded our expectations.

location da sogno Abbiamo soggiornato a villa salamina ad agosto 2014…. La villa e‘ incantevole,comoda elegante,super attrezzata e di fronte ad una spiaggia meravigliosa….lontano dalla confusione….sembra di essere i padroni del mare…George non e ‚ solo un ottimo padrone di casa ma fin da subito un amico pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta…quasi troppo….fatevi ammaliare da questo piccolo pezzo di paradiso…. sara‘ difficile ripartire alla fine della vacanza….

un paradis hôte très accueillant, la maison est très bien équipée, l’emplacement est idéal pour qui aime le calme, les baignades, plage quasi privée, tout est conforme à l’annonce, notre séjour avec des amis et des enfants en bas âge a été parfait

Superb 😀 – A cosy and spacious house in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Nice restaurants nearby and a small village easily reached by car but also reachable by foot. Useful written guide at the house with good tips from the owner for restaurants and sightseeing. 😞 – We have no complaints

The location of the villa is exceptional: on the banks of a crystal clear sea, it overlooking a bay shortly frequented, in an area still off the beaten track. In neighboring countries the atmosphere is ancient, the people are hospitable and helpful. Recommended for those who want to „unplug“ and relax

Life is great in the sea coast We enjoyed three week vacation staying in the villa – and we wished it was longer… The house is great: the ground floor openning to the terrace with further pass to the beach… the second floor with two comfortable sea-sunraising-view bedrooms… Warm welcome from George was great – with guidance through the house and advise on the area and with nice bottle of wine and food… We were for the third time in the island and always stayed in its southern part which to our taste is the best place for relaxing holidays – the sea is clean and warm, the hot days are being replaced with refreshing night wind… and what we consider most important – the area is not crowded with tourists and offers very pleasant domestic atmosphere. We will definetly consider Salamina again to be our home for holidays next time we visit Rhodes ! With best regards, Pavel.
